Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room, located on the 14th floor with a nice view over the city, wasn't as clean as I would have liked. It was rather small but manageable. On the upside, the service was quick and attentive, especially when I had issues retrieving my luggage without the reference number. The location is excellent, right next to the railway station and close to the city center. The dining options were good, with rich items, but on weekdays it was a bit pricey at 30 Euros. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel's location is ideal, close to the North Station and within walking distance of the old town. The rooms are well-equipped, albeit a bit cramped in layout. The service is professional, though lacking in warmth. The dining options are diverse but slightly overpriced. Guests will enjoy the vibrant surroundings and easy access to transportation.
The hotel's room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and very well situated. However, there was a lack of water from the sink faucet and a lot of noise from the water pipe in the wall when neighbors used water. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people if you just need the basics. The service, on the other hand, was very friendly and helpful, including the reception staff, bartenders, and cleaning crew. The location is perfect within walking distance to Grand Place and shopping heaven just across the street. The dining experience was worth it if included in the room charge with a variety of choices. The facilities were nice with dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drink, and happy hour provided.
The hotel is centrally located, providing easy access to major attractions and shopping areas. The rooms, despite being a bit small, offer good noise insulation and a city-view sauna. The cleanliness could be improved, as there was noticeable dust buildup despite daily cleaning. The service at the reception desk was adequate, although a substantial deposit request for city tax was surprising. The dining options were varied and of good quality, with a nice selection that included fresh orange juice. The hotel facilities met expectations, with everything well-maintained. Overall, a decent stay with minor areas for improvement.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spacious and accommodated the three of us comfortably, complete with a small fridge which was very useful. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist, although they occasionally forgot to refill the shampoo and soap. The location was good, close to the North Train Station and a short walk to the Grand Place. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a great selection of dishes, including gluten-free options. Overall, a great value for money choice with a few minor hiccups.
