adequate but not excellent

smoke smell thin walls

my stay had some downsides. the room smelled of smoke during the entire four-day visit. it was on the 11th floor, and i couldn't figure out where the smell originated.. walls were also thin. i could clearly hear the next room's occupants using the shower and coughing.

the location provides easy access to the metro and brussels nord train station. there is a shopping mall nearby also. the hotel features a private game room with air hockey and shuffleboard.

the room i had was excessively warm with ineffective air conditioning.

the friendly staff provided quick responses when i requested extra pillows. the room featured a welcome tv screen. i found the express check-out convenient for a smooth departure.

the gym felt a little stuffy while several PEOPLE used the equipment simultaneously. i would have liked better ventilation.
